RETURNS

Since all products are made to order, we don’t currently accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect*, please contact info@sharkycases.com with a clear photo as proof, as we’ll gladly offer a free reprint or refund within 30 days of product delivery.

Each case is printed individually, so design placement and slight stretching of the pattern around the edges may vary from product photos. Combined, the dual-layer protective design of the case might have slight misalignment, but this doesn’t affect durability or function. It’s a key feature that ensures the strength of our tough cases. These variations are part of the production process and aren’t considered manufacturing defects.

Manufacturing defects include major print errors, material flaws, or damage upon arrival.
